Control (4) --- Happiness

Discover how changing the meaning of
one word can make amazing change
in your life to garantee happiness.

Happiness is the ultimate currency for all our behavior. You want money, a new car, a new house, and so on, because you want to be happy. The million dollar secret is that all these things cannot make you happy. Happiness is an internal matter which you already have and abandoned. All you have to do is access it through choice.

The most important factor that stops you from accessing yourself or your happiness is the random movement of your mind. It moves on its own agenda and you are a passenger. Fortunately enough it is something you can control.

You see? The mind works like a lens wherever you focus it, the place expands and highlights. So you can see, feel and act better or worse.

Now change the word mind, replace it with the word lens in the dictionary of your mind. Keep and use it that way and this will change your life.

Where is my lens?
What is it highlighting?
Is it working for me or against me?

Ask this question if possible every 10 minutes to access and notice where your lens is and what is highlighting. By so doing, you will start to notice how it's giving up allowing you to take control of its movement.

I don't know about you, but for me, imagining controlling my mind and its activities is like imagining the world where you control everything. I wonder as you wonder too how you can use ... now... for your best life. Napoleon Hill says "Everything in the world begins with thought, fortunately, that is what you have absolute control of."

Now it is interesting to notice that at any giving time your lens is highlighting things at one of the 3 destinations.

1. Past
2. Present
3. Future

Go find it and see if it is for or against you.

Most problem in life result from your lens's automatic piloting in the past. The past is poor lens through which to view anything other than former strategies that successfully led the desired outcome. Just use it as a feed backs.

Learn how to withdraw only a happy mood from the past to support you now to move forward. Don't dwell in the pains of the past for your future decisions.

Looking into the past means you will look away from your future that hold all you desire. It is like trying to catch a ball already on the ground rather than giving it another go round. Another one already in the air but stopping to the ground level, it just goes over your head, another lost, isn't it?

How can you ever ... keep from missing the next?

Are you telling me you are not ready? I ask you a question.

What were you before you are not ready?

Are you ready for the next page? See you then. (nowyourbestlife.com)

Control (3) --- Decisions based on outcome

How do you make your decisions?

Do you notice that the decisions that you made in the past make exactly what you are now? It is not surprising to know that most people make decisions by looking back into the past to find similarities to what is now at hand. This makes them repeating their lives circle instead of going ahead.

What we are today is the result of series of decisions we made in the past. The decisions we make today create what we're going to be in 10 years time or even less. Is it not important we focus on how we make decisions to create our desired future?

Yes. To control our decision-making process, we operate in 3 levels.

1. Foresight
2. Patience
3. Flexibility

Primitively, humans, like most animals, respond to whatever happens in their environment impulsively, or taking spur of the moment action. This results in damages or problems you will live to amend.

People in control use foresight -- they look ahead, imagine consequences of potential behavior, and anticipated outcome. Get clear with that.

Then exercise patience or even go deeper into self where the world is so calm and peaceful, it could be a minute, 30 minutes, or even an hour, depending on the urgency of problem. In there, they create comfortability between the response and outcome. This also allows more information to come into their awareness.

They then have flexibility to consider so many options they have at hand to make a decision based on clarity, trusting the response to produce the desired outcome.

You see? CONTROL is like a gateway to enjoy anything good. You have to have the key in order to enjoy love, happiness, serenity, peace, freedom, and so on.

Use it every moment in your life, and notice how well it works for you to see how well it works?

Control (2) --- Self-esteem

People in control believe that everything in nature is perfect, and they see events working for their best interest and expanding their learning and awareness, not threatening their existence. This makes them perceive problems as opportunities to expand and grow.
They don't personalize other people's thinking behavior and emotion, and therefore, take it as threatening but as a product of that person's internal world and the map of reality.
This gives them insight and foresight to produce a response that is resourceful to them and outcome base.
You see? "CONTROL" allows you awareness, which intern allows you to go to the higher level of human development.
This will allow you to watch and see everything going on inside and outside you, then allow you choices based on your desired outcome.

Control (1)

There are two types of people on this earth -- people with external control panel, and people with internal control panel.

People with external control panel believe external events control their destiny, and therefore, at the mercy of their environment all the time. They are always waiting for something to happen before they can be happy. In essence, they have no control at all for their lives.

People with internal control panel believe they determine their own destiny. Events outside their control can happen, but they are self-determine and steer their own ship, and decide the course they will take. In essence, they are in control of their lives.

Which of the two do you belong to? Talk to me.

System

The world is a perfect place to live in. Everything running in it is perfect in nature though we might not like some of the things on personal basis.

You and me are the most perfect creations ever existed, so let's see what we are in essence. We are so many systems performing different works to produce specific results. This result coming together to make who we are.

We are made up of digestive system, respiratory system, nervous system, reproductive system, and urinary system. What will happen if one of the systems stop to function? Of course, there will be chaos or turbulence or even death of the body. For example, if there is breakdown in respiratory system or urinary system, the body will be weak or dead.

You see the performance of the whole depends on the performance of the parts. Hence, there is relationship between the parts and the whole.

Consider the seven living systems in you. You started living as
1: cell (cellular)
2: organ
3: you (body)
4: team (family)
5: organization
6: society
7: earth.
Eliminate one of them, you see that everything in our world will not exist. For example, if the formation of cells and organs could not produce you as an individual, the societies or countries are out of existence.

Now your best life comes here. Understanding the pattern of relationship between the parts that produce the whole is the key to your best life.

Rise above everything, and watch YOU in the system, the effect you have on all the parts and the whole. Notice how your different action, emotion, and behavior, affect the parts differently.

This will give you power to control the parts and the whole to function in a way resourceful to you. So you can create the life that you desire.

All you have to do is re-enforce what is working for you, and change what is not.

To live a happy, successful and peaceful life, you must have control of your world, and believe the power of your inner resources to cause the result that you desire, or you act like ordinary people blaming everything else for their problem. It is my family's fault, it is the government's fault, it is the economy's fault, it is my friend's fault, and so on. That is not reality. That is illusion. You can only change your life and the world from inside out.

Understanding systems will make it easy for you to understand the next blog, that is taking control of your life. Wait for the next blog, or go to

Detail

Hi, friends!

To excel you should love what you do, enjoy every detail and ideas coming from it, and even find out what meaning it has for your life as a whole. To do that;

1. You should find where your interest is and go for it.

2. You should be lucky to find yourself grown up in what you want and so maintain it.

3. You should take CONTROL. Love and interest are something under your control. You don't have to look for it anywhere. Choose anything. Put love and interest to it, and start enjoying it. Most people get bored in what they do because they don't take time to experience the joy in it. They just have surface to surface experience from one thing to another.

Details are there for you to notice it, take it inside, process it, experience it, and enjoy it, forgeting everything else.

A common example is a miner digging deeper and deeper into the soil to find valuables. Whiles digging, he notices a black stone and takes it with care like a new born baby, examines it, goes deep inside with it, experiences it, compares it to many many things he already knew in his mind bank, checks all is dimension, and even keeps it in a safe place, so that he could have a close look at it later.

He keeps on digging again deeper and wider with more curiosity, discovering a red stone. What is this? Very beautiful stone. Then he checks all its detail. He continues digging to find another dirty object. What can that be? Then he goes on washing it, cleaning it, rinsing it, and discovers that it is gold. Oh my God!!! I made it!!! Busting out with joy. Digging and noticing continue to the end of the day. He goes to sleep watching the joy of many many experiences he had today, and wondering what the next day's adventure will be.

Although it is interesting to experience the joy of details, don't get locked down in it. You've got to go to the higher level. Watch for it in the next blog!
